Cookies and similar technologies help DocPoint remember preferences, keep you signed in, measure traffic and improve our products.

Strictly necessary cookies are required for core functionality (e.g. session, security). Analytics cookies help us understand usage in aggregate. Marketing cookies, where used, support relevant communications and can be controlled via your browser or our consent tools.

Refund & cancellation

Effective: May 9, 2026 · Link to this section

Cancellation windows and refund eligibility depend on the service type (in-clinic vs tele-consult) and the provider’s rules shown before you confirm payment.

Generally, cancellations made within the stated free-cancellation period receive a full refund to the original payment method. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees as disclosed at booking.

If a provider cancels or fails to attend, you will be offered rescheduling or a refund in line with the confirmation email and applicable law.

Refund processing typically completes within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Disputes should first be raised via hello@docpoint.health with your booking reference so we can investigate promptly.
